WARRANTY MUST BE ACTIVATED WITHIN (2) TWO WEEKS FOLLOWING THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

Warranty Registration Instructions

Your dealer should submit your warranty registration electronically through the Dealer Portal on your behalf.

However, if you prefer to submit a hard copy of the warranty registration yourself, please follow these steps:

  1. Download the Warranty Registration Form.
  2. Complete the form in full.
  3. Sign the completed form.
  4. Scan the signed form or take a clear photo.
  5. Email the document to: warrantyregistration@evolutionelectricvehicle.com
