RatingThe below reviews Should not be toward evolution themselves but rather turned to the dealers for not taking care of their customers after they purchase a evolution cart from them. I am a dealer and I would never send my customers to deal with the manufacture direct . We as dealers should be the ones to take care of all warranty issues . When you buy a Chevy you do not go to the HQ for warranty you go to the dealer. Unfortunately, for these customers their dealers decided to turn on them after they bought carts which is wrong. If you are looking to buy a evolution cart please don’t let this deter you from owning one as they are really good carts and anytime I have questions or concerns I get a call, text or email back within 30 min from a evolution representative. Here at Cali’s Finest Golf Carts we believe in Good customer service and providing a great experience for all our customers.
I recently had an issue where a part on my Evolution Classic 4 golf cart needed to be swapped out. After contacting the dealer I purchased it from, they put me directly in touch with Evolution experts that resolved the issue, exceeding my expectations in timeliness and quality of the repair. Not only does Evolution deliver the best value in golf carts, they stand behind their product. Special kudos to Kevin at Evolution for going the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend their product and their willingness to stand by their product.
