Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable automotive technical support professional to join our team in the Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing industry. In this role, you will provide expert assistance to our customers, guiding them through troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer service, to provide superior technical support and contribute to the overall success of our products. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for top-notch service.
